Rotherham United will once again be looking to extend their unbeaten run in League Two to seven league games, when they entertain Bury tomorrow night.

Saturday's 2-1 win over Grimsby was the Millers third home league victory in a row, and their sixth unbeaten game home and away. That victory has moved the Millers into the top seven and just one point off the automatic promotion places. Chris O'Grady's goal on Saturday now means he is the clubs leading scorer with four league goals, he has also scored one cup goal this season against Grimsby.

Bury have also been in excellent form of late and are currently undefeated in eight league games. They comfortably beat high flying Barnet on Saturday by three goals to nil, which has moved them up to 10th position in League Two, just four points behind the Millers. The Shakers away form has been mixed this season, but their recent away displays have been excellent. Overall, on their travels this season Bury have won three, lost two and drawn two. Their away record is the seventh best in League Two.

The last time the two sides played at Millmoor was back in the year 2000. Bury went back to Lancashire with all three points after a 1-2 win. They took the lead just before half time with a goal from Baichung Bhutia, the Millers equalised through Rob Scott, but Adrian Littlejohn grabbed the winner for the Shakers. In the Millers team on that day was current manager Mark Robins, whilst the Shakers had Millers coach Nick Daws playing in their midfield.

The last time Rotherham beat Bury at home was almost 20 years ago, when in the Old Third Division Rotherham triumphed by two goals to one. Overall the two teams have played each other 62 times in the League, with Rotherham winning 24, Bury winning 31 and 14 games ended in a draw.
