Match Preview
Rotherham United will entertain Hereford United this Saturday as the Bulls make their first visit to Millmoor since 1991.
The Millers will be looking to get back to winning ways after Peterborough ended a nine match unbeaten run away from home on Tuesday night. Rotherham have yet to lose back to back matches in League Two this season, with the last sequence of more than one defeat coming at the end of the 2006/2007 campaign. At home the Millers have been prolific in front of goal finding the net on 26 occasions, this amount of home goals can only be beaten by Peterborough who have scored 39.
Hereford have been in good form overall on their travels this season and have lost just two away games against Chesterfield and Grimsby. The Bulls have the fourth best away record in the division so far this season. In attack Hereford possess one of the division's top scorers in Theo Robinson with the striker on loan from Watford scoring 13 in all competitions so far. This is the second time the two teams met after they played out a 0-0 draw on the first day of the season.
The last meeting between the clubs at Millmoor in 1991 finished in a 0-0 draw and the only other time Hereford have taken any points from a game at Millmoor came in 1975 when the game finished 1-1. The Bulls have never beaten the Millers at Millmoor and have only two victories over Rotherham United in league football.
Overall the teams have met nine times with the Millers winning three, Hereford winning two and four games have been drawn.
Hereford could include former Miller Toumani Diagouraga in their side for this weekend's game. Diagouraga had a loan spell at Millmoor last season and made four starts and three substitute appearances for Rotherham.
